Introduction to the elimination phase, how to prepare for it and move into it.

The elimination phase lasts for about 2-4 weeks.

First follow-up consultation, one hour

Once all your symptoms have subsided I will guide you into the reintroduction phase. This can last about 4-6 weeks.

Second follow-up consultation, one hour

Once we know which foods trigger your symptoms, and how much you are able to tolerate we begin the maintenance phase. We will create a plan for moving forward that will optimise your nutrition, and help you integrate your new plan into your daily living.

This appointment is a check-in appointment, to address any challenges you come across and to discuss any lingering questions.
